77 young leaders from 14 European countries gathered for three days of teaching, coaching, networking and inspiration.

Their aim? To make reaching a new generation top priority right where they are.

Over ten sessions, delegates focussed on: an accurate motivation for mission, facing fear with courage, how to lead change, networking with other leaders, and drafting a specific action plan to take home.  By equipping young leaders with the Biblical foundations and practical tools they need to lead mission for a lifetime, ‘Leading for Life’ 2007 was about making a significant investment in the lives of young leaders early on in their leadership development. For more about ‘Leading for Life', please see the Daily Reports.

Here are some responses from 2007 delegates:

"The best thing about ‘Leading for Life’ is the way it combined Biblical teaching with teaching on leadership skills and change management. I’ve been to conferences before that had one, maybe two of these, but never to a conference that combined all three. And with such quality speakers! This is what a young leader today needs." – England; age 31

"I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this conference and receive wisdom, tools and encouragement. People here are not nominal Christians, but really followers of Christ." - Latvia; age 27

"I have been so impacted by this conference. I have really appreciated the quality and depth of integrity of the leaders and speakers – and also simply how practical and relevant everything was!" - Ireland; age 25
