Bulgarian pastor, Charlie Hadjiev, started out day two of 'Leading for Life' with Session Five: "Where Mission Goes Wrong." He discussed some of the ways intellectual arrogance and individualism have distorted the gospel. The session was theologically challenging, but tempered by Charlie's love for seeking people and great sense of humour.

Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge continued with the final session of her series on "Leading Change." Delegates shared real life scenarios where they'd like to see change happen. Then they split up into small groups and Mee-Yan led them through how to lead change in these situations.

Jason Lane rounded out the day with two afternoon sessions on "Making it Happen Where You Are." He emphasised a leader's responsibility to "show the way" by living out a vision for mission where they are, providing practical training, and helping to identify and connect people who have the gift of evangelism. Delegates then broke into small groups to plot an action plan that they'll take home.
