Session 1: In the Beginning...
Jason Lane

This session will explore the most fundamental principles of mission that come from the way the world was put together and provide you with an opportunity to assess your ministry against these critical ideas.
  Session 5: Missional Coaching
John Coleman and Avril Chawner

Coaching can be a wonderful way of engaging with and meeting the practical needs of those we rub shoulders with everyday who do not share our faith. In this session we will look at how we can use coaching as a means of serving those around us who aren’t yet Christians and winning credibility for our life giving message.
  Session 8: Mission-Shaped Leaders? [Understanding What Shapes You]
Rachel Gardner

There are many pulls and pressures on a young leader that can knock you off your mission. This session will help you understand what should shape you (and what should not).
         
Session 2: No Line on the Horizon: The Art of Unlocking Potential
John Coleman and Avril Chawner

Helping others to grow in Christian character and their ability to engage with their world with grace, wisdom and power is essential if more and better mission is to happen. This session will provide you with a framework for Biblical coaching and some practical tools to improve your ability to develop those with a Christian faith.
  Session 6: Getting Things Done
Leslie Harradine

In this session, Leslie Harradine will explore the first best (and worst) practices of productivity, providing practical techniques to help you get more work done with less effort.  These principles are developed after many years of working with top global executives.
  Session 9: Will someone please switch on the lights?
Jason Lane

The conference will finish with an inspiring look at the art of hope-giving.

Taken from the inspiring story of the Romance Academy, Rachel Gardner will explore the principles and practice for innovating mission among young people.
  Session 7: Habits of Extraordinary Leaders  (Interactive Workshop)

This interactive workshop will build your understanding and practice of essential leadership habits that consistently improve a team’s ability to deliver their mission.
