- Full conference payments must be received 10 days after the conference booking is made. Once payment is received, conference booking and accommodation will be confirmed.
- Payment by bank transfer will be accepted in Euros only, except for delegates from the UK who will be offered the option of paying in an equivalent Sterling amount.
- All cancellations incur an administration fee of €20 per fee-paying delegate. Cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will be given in accordance with the details below:
Before 30 April - a full refund (minus administration fee) will be given.
Before 25 June - a 50% refund will be given.
Before 25 July - a 25% refund will be given.
After 25 July - we will not be able to give a refund for cancellations.
Please note: Refunds will be given based on the date they are received by 'Leading for Life'.
- Delegate places can only be substituted like for like (student for student place) when received in writing. No changes can be made after 25 July 2008. All substitutions incur a €5 per person administration fee.
- It is highly recommended that travel insurance be taken out in case of late unforeseen circumstances.
- While families are important to us, there are no conference facilities for children or nursing infants. As a result, we will not be able to admit them into any of the sessions. If you are booking for others who have small children, please make them aware of this policy.
- No pets are allowed in the conference venue or accommodation except aid dogs.
- There will be sound and video recording made of all the conference sessions. In addition, there will be official video and photos taken on the conference site. Delegates may feature in these recordings or images, which will be used for our website, future publications and promotional purposes. Your booking constitutes permission for Innovista International to use your likeness for these purposes.
